As of now, Noonday Volunteer Fire Department is funded only by fund raisers and donations. Therefore, NVFD puts on yearly fund raisers to raise money to futher our operation in protecting our communties life and property. Listed below are a couple fund raisers that we will have this year:

Memorial Day:
On Memorial Weekend at the Brookshire's on Hwy 155 South in Flint, we will be holding a Fundraiser on May 26th 27th and 28th. Stop by and see us and support your Fire Department.

Garage Sale

In the spring of 2007, NVFD will have a garage sale at the station. We ask that the community donates unwanted items that can be sold in a garage sale, such as: Old lamps, computer desks, kitchen items, old furniture, etc. After we have received donations, we will begin a sale where anybody may attend.

Haunted House

Every Holloween season, NVFD has there annual haunted house. Each year, a few weeks before halloween we start construction on the haunted house. Every year, as told by our customers, the haunted house keeps getting better and better. So come to Noonday Fire Department and TRY to make it through our haunted house!!!!
